We held a CRAG teleconference last Sunday 1/4/2007, and here are the minutes. Any CRAG member is welcome to take part in these meetings, which generally cover website, press, or any other issues at the national level. We decided to hold these around once a month, with the next one scheduled for 6/5.

CRAGs skype discussion 1/4/2007
Present: David Bassendine, John Ackers, Andy Ross, Jessica R, Robin Smith.
Agenda:
- Website priorities
- Funding
- Meetings
- Website: wiki. Decided wiki-style content and the forum serve different purposes (synthesis vs. discussion), but not sure whether wiki content should be separated off in a wiki or should encompass the rest of the site. Forum Wiki certainly need to be interlinked better (in both directions) to show the provenance of wiki writing.
- Website: front page. Decided the front page should include: short introductory paragraph (with links to longer introduction); latest group posts; latest forum posts; main wiki topics; vox-pop quotes; targets/prices/footprints summary. Main priority: David to do a draft. In the meantime, change over front text (but needs mention of fair allowances somewhere).
- Funding: Andy pointed out the bureaucracy and strings associated with accepting funding, but decided to put off discussion until Guy can take part.
- Meetings: Hold phone/Skype meetings around once a month, but don’t let this stop us talking in the meantime!
- Next meeting: Pencilled in for Sunday 6th May, 8pm.

Hey, apologies for missing this in the end – was packing for going away and completely forgot. Yep funding still needs discussing. I think legalities like is there a central CRAG (publicising / coordinating) body eligible for funding, does it need to be a charity etc. This is just as important as ‘what strings are attached from our potential funders’. Re the RSA, we are still waiting on them to arrange this meeting.
