Welcome to join GDR Carbon Rationing Programme
In the greenhouse gases that cause climate change, there are a large part of the emissions from human life. The main purpose of “GDR Carbon Rationing Programme” is to make people understand this, and through economic means, so that people can concern about their carbon footprint more actively and establish a low carbon awareness, disseminate low carbon life idea, right to contribute to addressing climate change issues from a personal level.
