Wednesday's meeting / motorbikes

Good meeting the other evening, thanks.

My boss has now decided to calculate his carbon footprint using the spreadsheet. So far he has only put in his recent flight to Namibia which is 5,000 kg. However, he can’t add his motorbike journeys as the spreadsheet doesn’t include motorbikes.

You can find the raw data for this here:

You should be able to use this in the spreadsheet.

Hi there,
As far as i can understand from the first page of Gavin’s link, the figures for motorbikes are as follows:
large 0.129 kgCO2 Per Km
medium 0.094 kgCO2 Per Km
small 0.073 kgCO2 Per Km

Unfortunately it doesn’t indicate what size engine fits into large, medium or small (perhaps that info is on the secured pages). But I guess these will give your boss some figures to work with, Katherine.
