This Carbon-Rationing Action Group is for anyone living in Ottawa with a bad environmental conscience and the resolve to do something about it.
We are holding our first general meeting on November 25th at the Jack Purcell Community Centre at 7pm. Please bring a friend or anyone else you think would be interested.
