1. Introductions and sharing of an idea and/or question about how to reduce one’s carbon footprint.

2. Quick explanation/review of what CRAGs are.

3. Quick review of last meeting and approval of minutes.

4. Quick report back on activities since last meeting:
a) CBC interview
b) BIG Festival

5. The key issue for meeting – setting the ground rules for our first carbon year:

a) what types of carbon emissions will we count?
b) what will our carbon allowance be for first year?
c) what types of rewards/penalties, if any, will we set for members who come in under/over their carbon allowance?

6. Brainstorming: In addition to working on reducing our individual
carbon footprints, what type of action in the community do we want to
take?
