CRAGsExeter (admin) “”Our society currently only uses monetary values to measure our consumption. We need to move rapidly to carbon being the "natural" way to measure our energy usage. And to get to know what the limits are. This is the great "illumination". CRAGs work well because the currency is intrinsically carbon. |
carbonprofileWe have been developing a low carbon lifestyle for about 15 years. We've given up flying. Our house is super insulated. However our condensing boiler is 17 years old and we might need to replace it soon. Our kids have now left home so our 3 bedroom house is too large and bumps up our footprint. Haven't transferred our electricity to Good Energy or Ecotricity yet. My personal Carbon Footprint is about 2.6 tonnes (assessed by the CRAGs spreadsheet technique) Interestingly the Act on CO2 website produces the same footprint. expertiseI'm very good with numbers. |
